Happy Birthday Kono Yaro

I sketched this awhile ago for Alfred's B-day but forgot about it for awhile and I've just finished it orz
Well, the month of July has yet to finish at the very least ;;
These two will forever be my ultimate OTP
Edit: Haha "kono yaro" is Romano's phrase, but I feel like it also suits England because he's a tsundere at heart x)
